INNER CHILD WORK
What is Inner Child-Adult Integration?
Child-Adult Integration
Child-Adult Integration is a type of pycho-spiritual therapy that combines psychotherapy, mini-psychoanalysis, and inner child work to help you heal past wounds and scars. It aims to identify and heal negative emotions and self-destructive thoughts that have been stored in the mental and emotional energy systems since childhood. The process is said to help heal relationship challenges, depression, trauma, abuse, anxiety, anger, and more.
